1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tennixa platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tennixa is a zero-hallucination AI intelligence engine that grounds responses in verified knowledge from Wikidata and DBpedia. The Service is provided “as is” and is subject to change without notice.

3. API Keys & Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your API key. Tennixa stores only a cryptographic hash of your key — we cannot recover it if lost. You must rotate your key immediately if you believe it has been compromised. You are responsible for all usage under your API key.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the knowledge pipeline
• Share or resell API keys to third parties
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the infrastructure
• Input content designed to manipulate or jailbreak the AI system

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and technology comprising Tennixa are the intellectual property of Tennixa AI. You retain ownership of the questions you submit. Responses generated by the Service may be used for your internal purposes but may not be resold as a standalone product.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it is in error.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided without warranty of any kind. Tennixa AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content in legal, medical, or financial decisions.

8. Modifications

Tennixa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
